Charles Olson real estate services exceed my expectations.

I am an investor and I work with a lot of agents. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a skilled agent, especially one who has an attitude of "how can I help," even if there isn't anything in it for them, and who is not full of themself with a highly over inflated idea of themselves and their value. Well, Charles and his partner Jean are not those agents. Not only do they answer the phone every time I call, which in and of itself sets them apart from 98% of their competition, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and loaded with value. They both are true experts in the Brooklyn area, and real professionals.

I came across a difficult situation today, and they both listened to everything I had to say, then carefully pointed out 13 things I hadn't thought of. They both are so insightful, and a wonderful partnership. At this point it was clear that it wasn't a deal and that there wasn't anything in it for them, yet they both took their time to walk me through the entire thing. They easily saved me from making a $650K+ mistake that would have cost me far more than that in the end.
